What: CLASS final dissemination event: A novel software architecture for real-time smart cities
When: Wednesday 30 June at 10:00-13:00 CEST
Register for free: Zoom link
Can you imagine a city where data is shared between the city and cars in real time in order to implement smart traffic management and advanced driver assistance systems? A new-generation computing infrastructure, developed by the European project CLASS, has combined edge-to-cloud technologies with big data analytics methods to revolutionise the way smart cities will interact with their vehicles and citizens in real time.
The CLASS architecture has been evaluated in the Modena Automotive Smart Area (MASA), a real urban laboratory in the city of Modena in northern Italy, equipped with sensors and advanced connectivity, and on high-tech equipped Maserati cars that can test the CLASS innovative potential in traffic management and advanced driver-assistance systems.
As CLASS is coming to an end, join us on Wednesday 30 June at 10:00-13:00 CEST for our final dissemination event, where we:
- present the novel CLASS software architecture and its integrated software components
- demonstrate its potential for enabling the design and distribution of complex data analytics workflows
- showcase the applications of the CLASS software solution in the smart city use case deployed in Modena
The event is open to anyone interested from the research, industry, policy making, and citizen communities. Registration is free but mandatory at: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_841hFbgrRxauSQiMxgZ_ZQ
The session will be recorded and posted on the CLASS media channels. See you there!
